GUINNESS WORLD RECORD HOLDERS
Longest Static Cycling Class - 30hrs 02mins 16sec

In January 2022, a team of endurance cyclists from Fab to be Fit Foundation attempted to reclaim the Guinness World Record for 'Longest Static Cycling Class'. Fab to be Fit Foundation initially claimed this Guinness World Record in Sep 2019 with a time of 27hrs 00mins 53sec, but in early 2020 (during our first national Covid-19 lockdown), a team from Colorado, USA beat our WR adding another hour to this event record. Our goal was to 'reclaim' this crown in late 2021, but the Omicron variant of Covid put a stop to us holding this event - until the weekend of 15th/16th January when 14 riders set about to take this World Record back out at The Prince Henry Centre, Little Bay. Not only did the team break this world record, but they added another 2hrs, setting the current Guinness World Record at a staggering 30hrs 02mins 16sec
